At Newton Haven B&B we welcome guests of all ages.  Our aim is to give you a relaxed and enjoyable experience, alongside your friends and family. 

 

Our family room (Warkworth) offers flexible accommodation.  The super king bed can be arranged as two comfortable singles and there are two pull-out beds, suitable for children.  A cot is also available upon request (subject to availability) and advance notification is always appreciated.

 

Children up to 2 years may share their parents’ or guardians’ room at no extra charge. 

 

In the interests of safety, children aged 16 and under may not occupy a bedroom on their own and must be accompanied by a responsible adult (family member or guardian).  

 

All children must sleep/rest in appropriate areas within the property. 

 

We pride ourselves in maintaining high safety standards at all times, particularly in relation to infants and children, and appreciate your assistance. ​
