At Newton Haven Bed & Breakfast we would like to reassure you as you consider booking a well earned break for yourself, and perhaps your friends or family.

Deposits will be fully refunded for cancellations received 28 days+ prior to the start of your stay.

A 50% refund of deposit will be offered for cancellations made within 14 to 27 days prior to the start of your stay.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund of your deposit for a cancellation made less than 14 days prior to the start of your stay. 

​

We would appreciate your help in giving us as much notice as possible if you do need to cancel.  This would give us the opportunity to offer the room to other guests.  However, we could also hold your deposit if you would prefer to defer your booking until a later date.  Please contact us directly by email or phone to discuss any aspect of your booking.  We are happy to help.
